Responsibilities

• Prepares for services, including floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services and maintenance.
• Assists with preparation of remains and related tasks.
• Answering phones and handling office duties.
• Run errands for supplies and floral deliveries.
• Serves as an usher and may assist with parking.
• May drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Greet clients and assist with information and arrangements.
• Support visitations, memorials and funeral services.
• Ensure refreshments are available where allowed.
• Maintain vehicles and assist as needed.
