Responsibilities

• Set up services with floral arrangements, chairs, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepare service documents for events, cremations and maintenance.
• Assist with handling remains per policy, including dressing or cremation procedures as allowed.
• Answer phones, operate office equipment, and manage multimedia systems.
• Run errands for supplies and deliveries.
• Provide ushering and transportation support for families and services.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Ensure refreshments are available where permitted.
• Assist with visitations, chapel setup, and family item delivery.
