Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer use.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist funeral directors and provide support for funeral, memorial, and other services.
• Help with dignified transport and care of the deceased including removals and preparation activities.
• Greet and assist client families, answer phones, and provide information and support as needed.
• Prepare documents related to services and maintain office duties such as phones and computers.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family transportation.
• Assist with visitations, ceremonies, and post-service duties as requested.
