• Assist with preparation of remains including dressing and lifting when permitted.
• Answer phones, operate the office equipment, and handle basic clerical tasks.
• Run errands for flowers, supplies, or documents as needed.
• Greet families, usher guests, and assist with transportation needs.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups where allowed by law.
• Ensure refreshments are available per policy and regulations.
