Job summary

Sci Corp is seeking a Funeral Services Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for funeral operations at the Centennial location. Responsibilities include client interaction, answering questions about funeral and cremation options, and assisting on services and ceremonies as requested by management.

Requires a high school diploma and a compassionate, professional demeanor. Some evenings and weekends may be required; attendance at monthly staff meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with funeral service preparations and logistics as directed.
• Greet clients and provide information; answer phones and route inquiries.
• Prepare service-related documents and maintain records.
• Assist with transport, setup, and removal of remains and materials.
• Support visitation, chapel setup, and family items delivery.
