Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and databases; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services: floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos, and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance.
• Assists with preparation of remains and related duties as permitted by law.
• Performs office duties: answering phones, fax, computer, multi-line system, debit card machine, typewriter, postage meter, scale and stereo/video system.
• Runs errands for supplies and deliveries.
• Serves as usher and may park cars or handle transportation.
• Greets client families and assists during visits and services.
