Aufgaben

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance, as directed by management.
• Assists with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting, or operation of crematory as permitted by law.
• Performs general office duties: phones, fax, computer, multi-line phone system, payment devices, and office equipment.
• Runs errands for deliveries and supplies.
• Acts as usher; may park cars and handle transportation.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family transportation.
• Ensures refreshments where allowed, and assists visitations and services including chapel setup, dressing and casketing remains.
• Greets and assists client families entering the office; accommodates needs during service/visitation; may wash/clean funeral home vehicles.
