Responsibilities

• Prepare casket and deceased for visitation or funeral services.
• Prepare rooms for services and arrange chairs, flowers, keepsakes.
• Greet visitors, provide programs, answer questions, assist with service information.
• May serve as pallbearer or drive families to cemetery site.
• Data entry and reception/office tasks; answer phones and screen callers.
• Lock, transport, and store family mementos and keepsakes after services.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and transport documents, flowers, and items.
