Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a Funeral Attendant to support funeral services, assist with office tasks, and drive family members as needed. The role requires bending, lifting, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a compassionate approach to families.

Responsibilities span preparing rooms and caskets, greeting guests, managing documents, and maintaining vehicles. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare casket and deceased for visitation or funeral services, including dressing and transporting the casket.
• Prepare rooms for services, including chairs, tables, guest books, flowers, and keepsakes.
• Greet visitors and provide programs and information.
• May serve as pallbearer or drive families to cemetery site.
• After services, remove items and properly store company property.
