Responsibilities

• Set up rooms for ceremonies and prepare memorial materials.
• Greet visitors, escort families, and assist pallbearers.
• Transport documents, mementos, flowers, and assist with driving as needed.
• Perform office tasks: phones, data entry, reception, and mailroom duties.
• Assist with preparation of the deceased and casket; clean vehicles.
