• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for services with floral arrangements, chairs, caskets and keepsakes.
• Assist with service documents, cremations and maintenance tasks.
• Answer phones, operate office equipment and manage general inquiries.
• Greet clients and support visitation and funeral services.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
