Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for services: arranging flowers, chairs, caskets, photos, and keepsakes.
• Prepare documents related to services and cremations.
• Assist with remains preparation and handling cremation processes as permitted by law.
• Answer phones and operate office equipment and multi-line phone system.
• Run errands for floral deliveries and supplies.
• Ushers, parking, and transportation for services.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Greet client families and provide information and assistance.
• Ensure refreshments are available where allowed by law.
