Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services and cremations as directed by management.
• Assists with remains preparation as permitted by law and company regulations.
• Performs office duties: phones, fax, computer, multiline phone system, and other tasks.
• Runs errands for floral deliveries and supplies; assists with visitations and ceremonies.
• Greets clients, assists during services, and supports family needs.
• Maintains vehicles and assists with transportation as required.
