Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare chapels and viewing areas, including seating arrangements and flowers.
• Assist with placement and movement of caskets and the deceased with care and respect.
• Distribute guest books, memorial cards, and other service materials.
• Serve as pallbearer or assist with ceremonial roles as needed.
• Greet and guide guests and mourners during visitations and services.
• Transport deceased individuals and operate funeral vehicles safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, chapels, and vehicles.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as delivering items and light paperwork.
