Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in client relations or related field.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that client families and/or other persons entering the office receive the information or assistance they require.
• Assists the team in the movement of the casketed deceased and related items in/out of visitation areas.
• Maintains clean and prepared public spaces (lobby, chapels, restrooms) before and after services.
• Assists in guiding client families in/out of limousines with attention to handicapped and elderly.
• Supports at funeral services and visitations (greeting visitors, coordinating pallbearers, parking).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
