Responsibilities

• Greets and directs client families and their guests to the correct chapel.
• Directs visitors to guest book and distributes memorialization materials.
• Answers questions and assists with serving the needs of client families and guests.
• Receives and places flowers; assists with refreshments.
• Ensures public spaces are clean and prepared for services.
• Oversees parking and ceremonial vehicle arrangements for processions.
• Assists with directing and transporting families to service locations.
• Represents the business in a professional, honest manner.
