Job summary

You will interact directly with families ensuring a premier level of satisfaction while assisting with various duties including cleanliness of service areas and client transportation.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree or equivalent experience along with at least one year of experience in client relations. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in client relations or related field.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with client families to provide assistance.
• Assist in the movement of deceased and related items.
• Ensure cleanliness of public spaces prior to services.
