Shore Haven Veterinary Hospital in East Haven, CT is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our busy front desk. You’ll answer phones, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, and process payments while keeping records up to date.

A calm demeanor, strong communication, and empathy for anxious pet owners are essential; veterinary reception experience is preferred, but we’ll consider strong customer service professionals who are eager to learn.
