You will be the first contact for patients, families, and staff, handling calls, guiding visitors, and coordinating mail and records. You’ll support a welcoming, organized front desk and ensure accurate patient lists and supplies are maintained.

The role emphasizes clear communication, professional demeanor, and proficient use of Google Workspace to complete daily tasks in a fast paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write and understand English.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate mail and maintain lists of patients and staff.
• Order supplies and perform clerical duties.
