You will answer calls, greet residents, route inquiries, and help with daily administrative tasks in a faith-based, not-for-profit setting.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience, especially with the elderly. Training opportunities and a strong team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist residents with daily needs and greet them warmly.
• Sort mail and support emergency response coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and restrooms.
• Display excellent customer service with staff, residents, and vendors.
• Support events setup and coordination as needed.
• Document data for facility systems and maintenance requests.
