Qualifications

• Must be proficient in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook mail.
• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to communicate professionally when greeting visitors and residents and on the telephone.
• Ability to work independently and develop positive working relationships with others; possess the ability to handle challenging interactions/situations with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents and staff entering the facility and answer all incoming telephone calls.
• Assist residents with outgoing telephone calls and provide courteous assistance to all guests.
• Monitor facility cameras and report safety concerns; participate in emergency announcements and follow facility policies.
