• Knowledge of safety, de-escalation, and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with data collection, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enrollment and connect clients to health benefits and services.
• Engage clients using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
• Encourage attendance at case management appointments and workshops.
• Build rapport daily and assist with accessing services and housing resources.
• Coordinate shelter operations and daily activities like meals, laundry, showers, and clothing center.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety; monitor client activities.
