Job summary

The State of Missouri's Family Support Division seeks a Benefit Program Technician in the St. Louis City Customer Service Center at 3101 Chouteau St. Louis, MO.

You will help Missouri citizens receive food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance and determine initial and continuing eligibility for these services. You will interview clients in person and by telephone, prepare summaries and related records while upholding compassionate, non-judgmental service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service experience.
• Or a Bachelor's degree.
• Personable, compassionate with non-judgmental attitude.
