Job summary

The State of Missouri Family Support Division is seeking a Benefit Program Technician to work at the Cedar County/Stockton Resource Center in Stockton, MO. You will help Missouri citizens receive food, medical, financial, and nutritional assistance to live safe, healthy, and productive lives.

You will determine initial and ongoing eligibility, interview clients in person and by phone, and prepare summaries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of customer service experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to interview clients in person and by telephone.
• Personable, compassionate and non-judgmental attitude.
