Job summary

The Ivy Castle Rock is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate, respectful care on site. You will help with dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility while maintaining residents’ dignity and safety.

Responsibilities include prompt communication of changes to supervisors, collaboration with other teams, and ensuring a clean, secure environment for staff and residents. Training is provided; experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and confidentiality.
• Report observed changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
