Job summary

The Carlisle - Ivy Signature, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and companionship in a premier senior living community in California. Training provided for the right candidate; a compassionate, team-focused approach is essential.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, promptly addressing resident needs, and maintaining a safe environment while respecting privacy and dignity. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with residents, families and staff respectfully.
• Pass background check and health screening tests including TB.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while upholding dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff.
