Oakmont Management Group, operating The Ivy Blue Oaks in California, seeks a dedicated Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and deliver compassionate personal care. You will follow care plans, ensure dignity, safety, and privacy, and collaborate with the care team to maintain a high quality of life for residents.

We welcome candidates who are 18+, with or without prior experience; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperate with other staff and departments.
