StoryPoint of Northville is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents in our assisted living community. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and daily living support.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and, ideally, CNA/MA certification or healthcare experience with the elderly. The position requires light lifting up to 25 pounds and a strong ability to follow written and spoken instructions, with familiarity of 1440 care standards

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics or elderly care experience preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Actively supports our culture our 1440 care standards and responsibilities.
• Provide compassionate care including bathing, dining assistance, mobility support.
• Assist with morning and bedtime routines and light housekeeping of resident rooms.
• Document records and communicate resident changes to Wellness Leader.
• Respond to resident call signals and coordinate with families and staff.
