• Coordinate with clinical and support departments to prep for arrival.
• Complete admissions paperwork and consents.
• Maintain accurate resident records.
• Represent the facility in tours and marketing materials.
• Develop relationships with referral sources (hospitals, organizations).
• Assist with insurance verification and payment options.
• Uphold resident dignity, rights, and respect throughout process.
