Job summary

FEHE Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD in our residential homes in Georgia. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain health and safety in a home-like environment.

The role requires reliable attendance, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and accurate documentation in Therap. Prior care experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and at least 6 months of direct-care experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and complete accurate documentation.
• Must be reliable and able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Therap documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered assistance based on service plans and protocols.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Monitor health and safety and report changes to supervisor.
• Document services and observations in Therap timely and accurately.
• Transport individuals as needed and support community participation.
