Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check.
• High school diploma/GED; DSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks, including hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and health monitoring.
• Foster positive relationships between individuals served and their support circle.
• Encourage self-help activities.
• Implement Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
• Manage behaviors through prevention or de-escalation of aggression.
• Keep accurate daily documentation of activities, medications, and data.
• Transport individuals to community activities and medical appointments.
• Transporting clients or running errands as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
