Job summary

FEHE Enterprises, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered support in residential homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and maintain health and safety in a home-like environment.

The role requires reliable attendance, documentation, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training includes CPR, First Aid, and other required courses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of relevant direct-care or related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate clearly and complete accurate written and electronic documentation.
• Experience with caregiving or residential-services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered assistance based on each individual's service plan and health plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Promote independence, personal choice, and community participation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized home environment.
• Complete required documentation in Therap and other records.
• Support individuals at medical, dental, and other appointments.
