Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid Georgia drivers license and have driven for at least 3 years.
• Must pass criminal background check and maintain vehicle insurance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in group home settings and communicate effectively with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Report abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charts.
• Assist with transportation and appointments.
• Ensure client safety and promote independence.
• Follow infection control practices and universal precautions.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Perform housekeeping and light errands.
