• Empowerment & Personal Care: provide hands-on assistance with ADLs and daily activities.
• Behavioral Support & Advocacy: offer positive behavioral support and follow person-centered plans.
• Community & Integration: help individuals access transportation, appointments, and community activities.
• Health & Wellness: assist with mobility, medications, and nutritious meals.
