Qualifications

• No professional experience is necessary.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Empowerment & Personal Care: provide hands-on ADL assistance (hygiene, grooming, mealtime).
• Behavioral Support & Advocacy: offer positive behavioral support and follow person-centered plans.
• Community & Integration: assist with transportation, appointments, activities, and community-based goals.
• Health & Wellness: assist with medications, mobility, and meal preparation.
