Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) / Caregivers. We provide comprehensive paid training to turn compassion into a professional career and offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules with weekly pay. A $1,000 signing bonus and a Refer-a-Friend program are available.

Prior DSP experience is valuable but not required. In this role you will empower clients with ADLs, behavioral support, community integration, and health-related assistance, while joining a supportive team

Qualifications

• No professional experience required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Empowerment & personal care: assist with ADLs such as hygiene, grooming and mealtime support.
• Behavioral support & advocacy: provide positive behavioral support and follow person-centered plans.
• Community & integration: help individuals access transportation, appointments and community activities.
• Health & wellness: assist with mobility, medications and meal preparation.
