Qualifications

• No professional experience required.
• 18 years old or older.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Empowerment & Personal Care: Provide respectful, hands-on ADL assistance (hygiene, grooming, mealtime).
• Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Offer positive behavioral support and follow person-centered plans.
• Community & Integration: Assist with transportation, appointments, activities, and community-based goals.
• Health & Wellness: Support health needs, mobility, and meal preparation.
