Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Montville, NJ. DSPs assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and help clients achieve personal goals.
• Assist with ADLs like meals, hygiene, and house chores.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Encourage independence and skill development.
