Job summary

Abound Health in Montague, NJ is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live more independently.

As a DSP, you will build relationships, monitor health and safety, and document activities while collaborating with families and case managers. The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and paid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background, driving, and healthcare registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
