Job summary

Abound Health in Irvington, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

The role offers flexible schedules, full-time and part-time opportunities, paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. A $1,000 signing bonus is paid in installments after meeting hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or support roles is a plus.
• Comfort with assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily living support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, dressing and household tasks.
• Support community participation, employment and social activities.
• Maintain documentation and schedules for clients.
• Participate in training and professional development.
