Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful background check and required training.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
Encourage participation in social and community activities.
Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
Communicate with the care team to ensure consistent support.
