Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Pay ranges from $13 - $15 an hour with weekly pay, flexible schedules, paid training, and benefits.

As a DSP you’ll provide one-on-one support, assist with daily living skills, encourage social participation, and document care and progress while communicating with the team to ensure quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Encourage participation in social activities and community events.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately and communicate with the team.
