Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good communication skills to document care and follow support plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including meals, housekeeping, and personal care.
• Mentor and support individuals to become more independent.
• Provide positive direction to help achieve personal goals.
