Abound Health in Midland, NC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for advancement within a team-focused environment. Starting pay is $17/hr plus a $1,000 signing bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and healthcare registry checks.

• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.

• Communicate with Abound team members, families, and external parties as needed.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
