Job summary

Abound Health in Southport, NC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, helping clients live more independently.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for growth, plus benefits eligibility based on hours worked.

• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Communicate with Abound Health team members, families, and external parties as needed.
