Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with the client and support personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, hygiene, and house tasks.
• Support client in community activities, employment, and social events.

• Encourage independence and development of new skills.
• Monitor health and safety and maintain a supportive environment.
• Communicate with the Abound team, families, and case managers as needed.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
