Job summary

Essential Services LLC is seeking caring Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered care in clients' homes and the community. You will assist with daily living tasks, support ISP goals, and promote independence and safety.

The role requires weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a DHS background check. Compensation starts at $22.00–$24.50 per hour, with benefits including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior caregiving or DSP experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation for client transport.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance (100k/300k).
• Smartphone with internet for documentation.
• Able to pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Implement goals from the ISP and promote client independence.
• Provide safe transportation and accompany clients on community activities.
• Maintain communication with administrative team and complete required documentation.
