Kindly Direct Care is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide 1:1 support to adults with disabilities in New Jersey. Both full-time and part-time roles are offered with flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
