Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Spotswood, NJ is hiring direct support professionals (DSPs) for both full-time and part-time roles. The positions feature a 1pm–5pm schedule on select days with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include 1:1 support, daily living activities, medication administration, transportation, and implementing care plans. A valid driver’s license is required; trainings will be provided by the employer to ensure compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities.
• Willingness to undergo trainings and certifications provided by the employer.
• Valid driver’s license required for transportation purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
