Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide 1:1 care for adults with disabilities. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules with competitive hourly pay between $18 and $25.

You will assist with daily activities, safety, and community integration, under supervision, and contribute to individualized care plans. Valid driver’s license required and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo trainings and certifications provided by employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
